OUR HISTORY
OUR STORY
The Rochester Free Methodist Church, established on October 24, 1888, has consistently worked to serve both its local and global communities. The church moved into its current building at 480 Jefferson Street in 1990. In 2013, the Senate of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania congratulated and recognized the church for its 125th anniversary of providing spiritual guidance and community support.
While we celebrate the many ways in which God has blessed this church throughout the years, we are more concerned with how God will use this church to accomplish His work in the years to come. May God continue to work in Rochester and the surrounding communities, and may He receive the glory!
